1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "lodi129," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the operator of the lodi129 platform accessible at lodi129.app, licensed under PAGCOR.
• "Platform" means the lodi129 website, mobile-optimised interface, and all associated services, games, and features available at lodi129.app.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the lodi129 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the lodi129 Platform.
• "Real Money Games" means any casino game, sports betting market, or other wagering activity offered on lodi129 that involves the staking of real Philippine Peso funds.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the lodi129 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

3. Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) Account on the lodi129 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to:

• Provide your legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address;
• Create a secure, unique password that is not shared with any other service;
• Keep your login credentials strictly confidential and not share them with any third party;

lodi129 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials. All activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the lodi129 Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: ₱100 per transaction. Deposits are credited to your lodi129 wallet immediately upon confirmation from your payment provider.
• Accepted Payment Methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. Additional methods may be added at lodi129's discretion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed within minutes for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• KYC Requirement: Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawals exceeding applicable thresholds are processed. KYC documents include a valid government-issued ID and proof of payment method ownership.

lodi129 reserves the right to decline or delay any withdrawal request where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or violation of these Terms.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

lodi129 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the point of offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification;
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players making their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated period. Unmet requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds;

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodi129 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or misrepresentation of identity;
• Colluding with other players or lodi129 staff to manipulate game outcomes;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Exploiting software bugs or errors rather than reporting them to lodi129 immediately.

8. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings;

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the lodi129 Platform — including but not limited to the lodi129 name and logo, game content, software, graphics, text, and data — is the property of lodi129 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of lodi129 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodi129 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or third-party payment provider delays. lodi129's total cumulative liability to any Player shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

lodi129 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform or specific games.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

lodi129 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described therein. lodi129 complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to lodi129's customer support for resolution. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, disputes shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the licensing and regulatory authority. Players may also pursue remedies through Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction if PAGCOR resolution is unsatisfactory.

13. Amendments to These Terms

lodi129 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the lodi129 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
